AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the Northern part of Lot 1 of Steinlage-Schmid MacKenzie Suburbs
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion of
the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The ten (10) foot wide easement along the Northern line
of the Northern part of Lot 1 of Steinlage-Schmid Mackenzie
Suburbs, except for the Easternmost ten (10) feet thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 44 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1983.
