AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Ten Thousand
Dollars ($210,000.00) from the Fee Fee Connection Fees Account to
be used for the construction of the Creve Coeur Creek Emergency
Holding Basin (S-2167, C-971), together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Ten Thousand
Dollars ($210,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee
Connection Fees Account to be used for the construction of the
Creve Coeur Creek Emergency Holding Basin (S-2167, C-971),
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 19, 1983.
