AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of the Creve Coeur
Creek Emergency Holding Basin (S-2167, C-971), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of the Creve
Coeur Creek Emergency Holding Basin (S-2167, C-971). in St. Louis
County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 5th day of
October, 1983, and formally executed on the 18th day of October,
1983, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
SecretaryTreasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 19, 1983.
