AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Mississippi River Construction Fund for
engineering services for the evaluation of the rehabilitation of
the Duncan Street sewer.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund for engineering services for the evaluation of
the rehabilitation of the Duncan Street sewer, Contract E-401.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect: immediately upon its
enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 19, 1983.
