AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-401 with Sverdrup & Parcel and
Associates, Inc. for engineering services for the evaluation of
the rehabilitation of the Duncan Street sewer.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-401 with
Sverdrup & Parcel and Associates, Inc. for engineering services
for the evaluation of the rehabilitation of the Duncan Street
sewer.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 19, 1983.
