AN ORDINANCE. vacating sewer easements in Lots 28 and
29 of Green Trails West Plat 2, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested the District to vacate said sewer easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER District:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated. to wit:
The five (5) foot easements on each side of the common
line between Lots 28 and 29 of Green Trails
West Plat 2, as recorded in Plat Book 210,
pages 17 and 18 of the St. Louis County
records; excepting therefrom the North-
western five (5) feet and Southeastern
ten (10) feet of each.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 26, 1983.
