AN ORDINANCE, vacating all right, title, or interest of
the District in the public sewer in the vacated alley in City
Block 3761N of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the land has requested that the
District vacate all right, title, or interest that it may have in
the subject sewer, and the District has no further use for said
sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacates all right, title, or interest that it may
have in the following described sewer, to wit:
That public sewer in the vacated alley being part of
City Block 3761N of the City of St. Louis, and in U. S. Survey
2620 and 2092, in part of Lewis and Marshall's Subdivision, and
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northernmost corner of Lot 1 of Lewis
and Marshall's Subdivision, thence Southwestwardly along said
alley fifteen (15) feet wide a distance of one hundred forty-five
(145) feet; thence Northwestwardly along said alley a distance of
one hundred sixty-three (163) feet to a point; thence
Northeastwardly at a right angle to said alley a distance of
fifteen (15) feet to the Northern line thereof; thence along the
Northern line of said alley Southeastwardly a distance of one
hundred forty-three (143)

feet to a point: thence Northeastwardly along a jog five (5) feet
by five (5) feet in said alley to a point in the Northwestwardly
line thereof; thence along the Northwestwardly line of said alley
Northeastwardly a distance of One Hundred twenty-five (125) feet
to the Southern line of McMillen Avenue sixty (60) feet wide;
thence along the Southern line of McMillen Avenue, Southeastwardly
a distance of fifteen (15) feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 26, 1983.
