AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Three Thousand
Dollars ($103,000.00) from the General Fund of the District to be
used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together with
repayment of miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with
such construction project, in Subdistrict No. 529 (Crescent-
Quinette) C-1035, in the Village of Twin Oaks, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($16,200.00) toward the total
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said money will be returned to the General Fund of the
District, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Twin Oaks, Missouri has agreed
to contribute the balance of the total costs of said project; upon
the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the General Fund of the District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Sum of One Hundred Three Thousand
Dollars ($103,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District to be used for the construction of sanitary
sewers, together with repayment of miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project in
Subdistrict No. 529 (Crescent-Quinette) C-1035, in the Village of
Twin Oaks, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 26, 1983.
