AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) from the General Fund of the District to be used for
the construction of storm and sanitary sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Shady Valley Drive (S-2006, C-946), in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District to be used for the construction of storm and sanitary
sewers, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey
and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Shady Valley Drive
(S-2006, C-946), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 26, 1983.
