AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contracts LM-02, LM-03, and LM-04 with
McCarthy Brothers Construction Company, for the construction of
Grand Glaize Treatment Plant and Outfall Sewer. (Federal Project
No. C-290875)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contracts LM-02, LM-03, and
LM-04 with McCarthy Brothers Construction Company, for the
construction of the Grand Glaize Treatment Plant and Outfall
Sewer. (Federal Project No. C-290875)
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Twenty-three
Million Seven Hundred Ninety-two Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-six
Dollars ($23,792,326.00) and such other items and conditions as
are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 26, 1983.
