AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contracts (LM-05, LM-06, LM-07, and LM-08)
with Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. for the construction of the Grand
Glaize Interceptor Sewer to the Barrett Station Lagoon. (Federal
Project No. C-290875)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contracts (LM-05, LM-06, LM-
07, and LM-08) with Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. for the construction
of the Grand Glaize Interceptor Sewer to the Barrett Station
Lagoon. (Federal Project No. C-290875)
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Three Million
Nine Hundred Ninety-three Thousand Thirty-three Dollars
($3,993,033.00) and such other items and conditions as are
approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel
of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 26, 1983.
