AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract (LM-09) with J. H. Berra General
Construction, Inc. for the construction of the Grand Glaize
Interceptor Sewer from the Barrett Station Lagoon to the
Manchester Treatment Plant. (Federal Project No. C-290875)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract (LM-09) with J. H.
Berra General Construction, Inc. for the construction of the
Grand Glaize Interceptor Sewer from the Barrett Station Lagoon to
the Manchester Treatment Plant. (Federal Project No. C-290875)
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Two Hundred
Sixty-one Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Dollars ($261,760.00) and
such other items and conditions as are approved by the Assistant
Executive Director and General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 26, 1983.
