AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in Lot
11 of Morganford Park, in City Block 6374, of the City of St.
Louis, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and this
District has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of an easement five (5) feet wide over the
western five (5) feet of Lot 11 of Morganford
Park, a subdivision of the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, in City Block 6374; according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 27,
page 36 of the City of St. Louis Records,
excepting therefrom the South ten (10) feet
thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
