AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Eighty-eight
Thousand Dollars ($188,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of North Affton to be used for the
construction of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in North
Affton Sanitary Relief (S-1944, C-989), in the City of St. Louis
and St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Eighty-eight
Thousand Dollars ($188,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of North
Affton to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers,
together with repayment of Engineering, Survey and Inspection and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection such construction
project, in North Affton Sanitary Relief (S-1944, C-989), in the
City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
