AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in North Affton
Sanitary Relief (S-1944, C-989) in the City of St. Louis and St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
North Affton Sanitary Relief (S-1944, C-989) in the City of St.
Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
3rd day of October, 1983, and formally executed on the 18th day of
October, 1983, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
