AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Ten Thousand
Dollars ($210,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Con-
struction Improvement Fund of Black Creek to be used for the
construction of storm and sanitary sewers, together with repayment
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Black Creek Sanitary Trunk (S-1647, C-1001), in the City of Ladue,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Ten Thousand
Dollars ($210,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek to be
used for the construction of storm and sanitary sewers, together
with repayment of Engineering, Survey and Inspection and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such con-
struction project, in Black Creek Sanitary Trunk (S-1647, C-1001),
in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
