AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of storm and sanitary sewers in
Black Creek Sanitary Trunk (S-1647, C-1001) in the City of Ladue,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm and sanitary
sewers in Black Creek Sanitary Trunk (S-1647, C-1001) in the City
of Ladue, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 3rd
day of October, 1983, and formally executed on the 18th day of
October 1983, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
