AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for sewer and channel
improvements, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Maintenance Repairs
Number 19A (S-2035, C-1026), in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for
sewer and channel improvements, together with repayment of the
cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in Maintenance Repairs Number 19A (S-2035, C-1026), in the City of
Kirkwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
