AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-nine Thousand
Dollars ($29,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construc-
tion Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for the construc-
tion of storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in Mainten-
ance Repairs Number 19B (S-2042, C-1041), in the City of Des
Peres, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-nine Thousand Dollars
($29,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for the construction of storm sewers, together with repayment
of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Maintenance Repairs Number 19B (S-2042,
C-1041), in the City of Des Peres, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
