AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-two Thousand Dollars
($32,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the construction
of inlets, manholes, and pipe, together with repayment of the cost
of .Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Maintenance Repairs Number 20A (S-2074, C-1008), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-two Thousand Dollars
($32,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Mainte-
nance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used
for the construction of inlets, manholes, and pipe, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Maintenance Repairs Number 20A (S-2074,
C-1008), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
