AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund
to be used for the construction of inlets, manholes, and pipe,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Maintenance Repairs Number 20C
(S-2076, C-1010), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Revenue Fund to be used for the construction on inlets, manholes,
and pipe, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Maintenance Repairs
Number 20C (S-2076, C-1010), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
