AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of inlets, manholes, and
pipe in Maintenance Repairs Number 21B (S-2079, C-1012), in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of inlets,
manholes, and pipe in Maintenance Repairs Number 21B (S-2079, C-
1012), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 17th day of October, 1983, and normally executed on the 25th
day of October, 1983 by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in
the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
