AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) from the Fenton Operating Fund to the Assistant
Executive Director and General Counsel Department (Account No.
441) for legal judgments and claims.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fenton Operating Fund
to the Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel Department
(Account No. 441) for legal judgments and claims.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
