A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY VACATING A PORTION OF
LIVE OAK STREET WESTERLY OF ROSEMEAD
BOULEVARD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE,
ORDER AND DETERMINE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The public interest and convenience require
and the City of Temple City does in the manner herein set
forth vacate that portion of that certain street in said
City described as follows:
Live Oak Avenue between 330 ft. west of Rosemead
Boulevard to the Eaton Wash
SECTION 2. The City Council finds from all the evidence
submitted that the portion of Live Oak Avenue is unnecessary
for present or prospective public street purposes, and pur-
suant to the provisions of Section 8323 of the Streets and
Highways Code, the City Council hereby orders such street
vacated.
SECTION 3. A map or plan indicating by boundary lines
the extent of the property included in the vacation is on
file in the office of the City Clerk and reference is hereby
made to said map or plan for a further full and complete
description of all property comprising the aforesaid street
vacated as declared herein.
SECTION 4. The City Council declares that it reserves
all utility easements located therein as provided in Section
8330 of the Streets and Highways Code.
SECTION 5. These proceedings are taken under and by
virtue of the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941,
as amended, being Sections 8300 to. 8331, inclusive, of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
SECTION 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, being
Resolution No. 75 -1447, was duly passed, approved and
adopted by the City Council held on the 15th day of April, 1975,
by the following vote:

NOES: Councilmen- None
