AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and
Improvement Fund for a feasibility study to upgrade instrumenta-
tion and control systems at the Coldwater Creek Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Fund for a feasibility study to upgrade
instrumentation and control systems at the Coldwater Creek
Treatment Plant.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
