AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-one Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($21,400.00) from the Mississippi River Operating
Fund for engineering services for the Preliminary Design of High
Priority Projects in the River des Peres Basin, Contract E-336,
Amendment III.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-one Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($21,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund for engineering services for the
Preliminary Design of High Priority Projects in the River des
Peres Basin, Contract E-336, Amendment III.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
