AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, whereby said City will agree to incorporate the
control panel for the District's Wharf Street Pump Station into a
promenade being constructed by the City at the Riverfront.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract
with the City of St. Louis, Missouri, whereby said City will agree
to incorporate the control panel for the District's Wharf Street
Pump Station into a promenade being constructed by the City at the
Riverfront.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
