AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty-three Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($83,500.00) from the Mississippi River Operating
Fund to be used for sewer rehabilitation, together with repayment
of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
project, in Market - 9th Street (S-1974, C-1023), in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-three Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($83,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for sewer rehabil-
itation, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such project, in Market - 9th Street (S-1974, C-
1023), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
