AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Affholder,
Incorporated for sewer rehabilitation in Market - 9th Street (S-
1974, C-1023), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Affholder Incorporated, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for sewer rehabilitation in Market 9th Street
(S-1974, C-1023), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 29th day of September, 1983, by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
