AN ORDINANCE. appropriating Twenty-nine Thousand
Dollars ($29,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for engineering
services for the final design of 9900 Calumet Phase II Storm Sewer
Project, Contract E-403.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-nine Thousand Dollars
($29,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for
engineering services for the final design of 9900 Calumet Phase
II Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-403.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
