AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construc-
tion Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering services for
the final design of Bopp Road - Divot Storm Sewer Project,
Contract E-406.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Main-
tenance and Construction Improvement fund of Deer Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Bopp Road - Divot
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-406.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
