AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eight Thousand Dollars
($8,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering services for the
final design of 61 Berrywood Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-407.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Thousand Dollars
($8,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering
services for the final design of 61 Berrywood Storm Sewer Project,
Contract E-407.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
