AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-408 with Dabler Engineering
Company, Inc. for engineering services for the final design of
7600 Block Suffolk Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract 408 with
Dabler Engineering Company, Inc. for engineering services for the
final design of 7600 Block Suffolk Storm Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1983.
