AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Thousand Five Hundred
Fifty-five and 33/100 Dollars ($5,555.33) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for the cost of materials for the construction of storm sewers in
Madison Avenue Storm Sewer Project, in the City of Berkeley,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is a cooperative venture between
the District and the City of Berkeley, Missouri wherein the
District will pay for the cost of materials, and said City will
pay for engineering, labor and equipment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Five Hundred
Fifty-five and 33/100 Dollars ($5,555.33) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Coldwater Creek for the cost of materials for the construction
of storm sewers in Madison Avenue Storm Sewer Project, in the City
of Berkeley, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1983.
