AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-six Thousand Dollars
($26,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Black Creek for engineering services for the
final design of Laclede Station - Dale Storm Sewer Project,
Contract E-402.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-six Thousand Dollars
($26,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Laclede Station -
Dale Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-402.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1983.
