AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($150,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund to
be used for emergency repairs and replacement of the Bissell Point
Pump Station Bar Racks (S-2291, C-1058), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering,
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($150,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund to be used for emergency repairs and replace-
ment of the Bissell Point Pump Station Bar Racks (S-2291, C-1058),
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, together with the cost of
Engineering, Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred
with such project.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1983.
