AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with James M. Clark
Contractor, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Talleywood Drive No. 13413 (S-1927, C-1002), in the City of Black
Jack, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to James M. Clark Contractor, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Talleywood Drive No. 13413 (S-1927, C-1002), in the City of Black
Jack, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 3rd day of November,
1983, and formally executed on the 15th day of November, 1983, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1983.
