AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-four Thousand
Dollars ($34,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund for
engineering services for the final design of Heege Road Phase II
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-411.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-four Thousand Dollars
($34,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for engineering services for the final design of
Heege Road - Phase II Sewer Project, Contract E-411..
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1983.
