AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fourteen Thousand Dollars
($14,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of University City Branch of River des Peres for
engineering services for the final design of Arlmont-Delavan--
Clearview Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-414.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fourteen Thousand Dollars
($14,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of University City
Branch of River des Peres for engineering services for the final
design of Arlmont-Delavan-Clearview Storm Sewer Project, Contract
E-414.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1983.
