AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund for
engineering services for the final design of 619 East Jackson
Phase III Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-416.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for engineering services for the final design of
619 East Jackson Phase III Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-416.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1983.
