AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($22,500.00) from the Mississippi River Operating
Fund for engineering services for the final design of Pine Ridge
Drive Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-417.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($22,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund for engineering services for the
final design of Pine Ridge Drive Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-
417.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1983.
