AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($4,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construc-
tion Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for engineering services
for the final design of 10030 Elise Drive Storm Sewer Project,
Contract E-422.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($4,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for
engineering services for the final design of 10030 Elise Drive
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-422.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1983.
