AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Hundred Seventy-seven
and 50/100 Dollars ($977.50) from the Improvement Fund-Reserve for
Dissolved Sewer Districts to the Assistant Executive Director and
General Counsel Department (Account No. 441) for legal judgments
and claims.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Hundred Seventy-seven and
50/100 Dollars ($977.50) is hereby appropriated from the
Improvement Fund-Reserve for Dissolved Sewer Districts to the
Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel Department
(Account No. 441) for legal judgments and claims.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1983.
