AN ORDINANCE, vacating all right, title, or interest of
the District in the sewer in Lot 14 in Block 2 of Dawson Estate
Subdivision, in City Block 1593, of the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the land has requested that the
District vacate all right, title, or interest that it may have in
the subject sewer, and the District has no further use for said
sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates all right, title, or interest that it may have in
the following described sewer to wit:
That sewer in Lot 14 in Block 2 of Dawson Estate
Subdivision, in City Block 1593 of the City of St. Louis, and more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point along the most Northerly line of
Lot 14 of Block 2 of Dawson Estate Subdivision, said point of
beginning to be fifty-nine and 65/100 (59.65) feet from
Northwesterly property lines (East line of an alley fifteen (15)
feet wide and the South line of Potomac Street sixty (60) feet
wide). thence Southwestwardly 61 Degrees 34 minutes, a distance of
thirty-seven and 27/100 (37.27) feet to a point; thence
Southeastwardly and perpendicular to a point, a distance of five
(5) feet; thence Northeastwardly and perpendicular to point, a
distance of forty (40) feet; thence Westwardly along the North
property line of Lot 14, a distance of five and 69/100 (5.69) feet
to the point of beginning, as recorded in Book 2364, page 559 of
the City of St. Louis Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1983.
