AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Gary & Roger L.
Link, Inc. of St. Louis for the construction of storm sewers in
East Argonne Storm Sewer (S-278, C-1052), in the Cities of
Kirkwood and Oakland, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gary & Roger L. Link, Inc. of St. Louis, as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in East Argonne Storm Sewer (S-278, C-1052), in the Cities
of Kirkwood and Oakland, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
24th day of November, 1983, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1983.
