AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company of St. Louis for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Clayton Sanitary Sub-Trunk (S-1997, C-1028), in the City
of Clayton, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company of St. Louis,
as the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Clayton Sanitary Sub-Trunk (S-1997, C-1028), in the City
of Clayton, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 27th day of
November, 1983, and formally executed on the 22nd day of November,
1983, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1983.
