AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in U. S. Survey
1988, Township 44 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County. Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and has
granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easement granted to The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Book
2333, page 1023 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1983.
In Subdistrict No. 451 (Tesson Ferry & Juengel)
