AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
U. S. Survey 1988, Township 44 North. Range 6 East, St. Louis
County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and has
granted the District a satisfactory substitute easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of a sewer easement granted to The
Metropolitan Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 7333, Page
1025 of the St. Louis County Records, being ten (10) feet wide,
the centerline of said ten (10) foot wide sewer easement being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Northeast line of property
conveyed to Sam Giorgi and Patricia Giorgi, his wife,. by deed
recorded in Book 6786, page 661 of the St. Louis County Records,
said point being distant North 46 degrees 04 minutes West, a
distance of 14.77 feet from the Easternmost corner of said Giorgi
property; thence along said centerline, South 45 degrees 23
minutes 07 seconds West, a distance of 133.04 feet to a point,
said point being the terminal of that portion of subject easement
to be vacated, said point being in the Northeast line of a ten
(10) foot wide private road easement, said point also being
distant North 46 degrees 26 minutes West, as measured along said
Northeast line, a distance of 17.60 feet from the Southeast line
of the aforementioned Giorgi property.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1983.
