AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for engineering services for the
final design of 10100 Block of Saffron Drive Storm Sewer Project,
Contract E-423.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for engineering
services for the final design of 10100 Block of Saffron Drive
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-423.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1983.
