AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($7,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for engineering
services for the final design of 4980 Kennewick Drive Storm Sewer
Project, Contract E-425.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($7,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for
engineering services for the final design of 4980 Kennewick Drive
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-425.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1983.
